The role involves supporting and maintaining existing trading systems in global markets. The analyst will work closely with business teams to enhance trading efficiency, optimize processes, and propose technology solutions to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable production environments for trading teams by optimizing processes and solutions
• Identify and recommend improvements in business processes and systems
• Implement robust solutions based on business requirements for continuity and optimal performance
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting for systems support
• Manage security, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships
• Analyze and validate system requirements and participate in change processes
• Identify training and career progression opportunities, complete personal development plans
• Communicate benefits of new or enhanced processes to gain buy-in from stakeholders

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or Statistics
• BCom in Information Systems, Finance, or Investments
• BTech in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Analytics
• Preferred Relevant Post Graduate degree
